Calling All Zombies XII with DJ RetroMike and DJ Alli-Cat
Calling All Zombies! It’s time to heed the bell toll for another ghastly, ghoulish and grim Halloween party at Boston Swing Central! Get dressed up in your Halloween finest for a night of dancing, beguilement, and rabble-rousing. This year we’ll dance the night away to our local swing DJs, DJ RetroMike and DJ Alli-Cat!
Come at 7:30 for a special 90-minute lesson to learn a brand new Halloween routine with Natalie Eringros and Maria Kakolowski. Fun for beginner and experienced dancers alike! Perform it for your friends during the first band break, or just enjoy a wickedly good night of dancing!
And/or strut your stuff in our Costume Contest during the first band break! We can’t wait to see what you wear.

The Easy Winners
The Easy Winners, BSC favorites, will join us at Q Ballroom for another high energy gig! With their New Orleans inspired hot jazz tunes, they will get you out onto the floor all night! The Easy Winners always get the crowd moving when they play for us and and this Friday will be no exception. Digging deep into their catalog of hits from the past, they’ll light fire to tunes like the 1921 Eddie Cantor hit: “Margie” and Louis Armstrong’s “You Rascal You”.

Hunter Burgamy’s New Orleans Serenaders
Hunter Burgamy is a 23 year old guitarist, bassist, and tenor banjoist from New Orleans, Louisiana. Deeply rooted in his native towns’ traditions of blues, funk, and jazz, he aims to transcend genre through his musicianship by his interest in these roots, as well as contemporary and classical musics, and world folk musics, a passion of his.
He is a graduate of the New Orleans Center for Creative Arts, with a background in classical and jazz theory and over a decades years experience in performance.
His music has taken him to perform throughout the major music and festival scene of New Orleans and New England, as well as cities throughout Cuba, Brasil, Iceland, Mexico, Canada, Spain, France, Japan, and others. Hunter has worked at New Orleans’ legendary Preservation Hall and is a graduate of Berklee College of Music c/o 2018.
