Boston Swing Central » Swing Boot Camp: Friday Night Swing Dance & Lindy Hop Dancing in Boston, Cambridge, Somerville

- Please note that Swing Boot Camp will be held once a month. In the cooler months, we will move it indoors to Epic Ballroom, 26 New St, Cambridge. In the summer, it will be held outside in a park in Cambridge (Denehy Park, entrance and parking off of New St, down the street from Epic Ballroom).

Swing Boot Camp is super fun and will cover basic 6-count swing, and possibly some 8-count swing, Charleston and mixing all of this together. It’s a 2.5-hour crash course to get you dancing, no experience or partner needed. Sign up today!

What is BSC?

Boston Swing Central is a dancer-formed, non-profit, volunteer-run organization dedicated to promoting positive and fun swing dancing experiences in Boston.

We have two primary objectives. First, to provide a weekly Friday night dance that caters to the desires of dancers of all levels. This means a dance that is centrally located, on public transportation, and reasonably priced.

Second, to champion the diverse voices within our community by remaining open and neutral with regards to information and promotion of other swing dancing events in the greater Boston area and by striving to feature a wide variety of teachers, bands, and DJs.
